Balloon Sleeve Sweater

Transitioning into the cold weather i hope you guys are ready? I did pick up some classy pieces like the balloon sleeve sweater which i am featuring today on my blog. The weather has been cold lately here in Ireland so i am transitioning most of my summer clothes to the autumn its all about layering for me as you do not want to go out and start spending money on clothes in as much as i love to get new clothes i also love to recycle i promise you that it's okay to repeat clothes. The balloon sleeve sweater is an oversized fit so i went for a US 14 which is Europe size 18 it falls generously over your body and this can be dressed up or down with a denim and pair of trainers you are good to go but i decided to dress it up with my Karllagerfed heels which i got from Brown Thomas on sale. Keeping in mind that the sleeves are making a big statement i kept my accessories simple with my Dior vintage earrings and a Michael kors wrist watch hopefully i would be getting a Rolex in future.

Lace Up Maxi.

I dont know what is it with lace when it come to me i love lace fabric and the lace bralette tops where the biggest trend this pass spring. It is simple but yet very classic while the lace always has that romantic and feminine allure to it the texture and type of lace is what makes it qualifies to elegant or sleazy. Although lace is a timeless pieces of fabric it is very much on trend and having it fashion moment with even celebrities to bloggers and high street fashionistas rocking it. It does have a history behind it from the Victorian whites to bespoke Burano lace trim to couture embellished french lace. The uniqueness of lace gives it plenty of options to find chic lace pieces on budget. Because it been forever since i worn a maxi skirt i paired the lace top with it and kept it minimal for a simple but yet classic look. I let the simple fabric to be the focal point and it looks chic rather than fussy pieces that can appear dowdy. The skirt i have had for ages from Newlook an

Ankara Maxi Dress

My love for Ankara  fabric started at a very young age as i would always dress up in my mothers Ankara clothes or scarf while playing dress up and pretending to be a mum. The Ankara fabric has it uniqueness as many of these have been seen on runways as well as red carpet evens. I decided to go for an off the shoulder maxi dress because i can always rock this to church or even when i conceive. I am a huge fan of the exaggerated sleeves so i want for the balloon sleeves with this dress while keeping the cut loosed on my body. I played down my accessories as i do not want too much going on, the key is keeping it simple while still looking elegant and chic, it is a custom made dress.
