Shape wear is a very important under garment for a plus size diva, I have had so many people ask me the type of under garment I wear so I decided to share with you all .

A good body shaper is the key to making you look slimmer and it helps to control the tummy, hips thighs and butt by hiding the extra fats and bulges. Although atimes its a bit pricey but I must say that its worth it , I personally don't mind spending a bit more money for get a good quality undergarment. Quality is very important here and not quantity because if you get a good quality shape wear it will last for years so I will advice to invest in something of a high quality.
Debenhams has different types & range but I always get the Playtex, flexees and spanex line(range) and will go one size downward or stick to my original size depending on how stretchy the material is and well as the cut.
Although I don't have a very big stomach am blessed with that, I prefer the short type of shape wear.
A shape wear can either make or break you, even the celebrities you see on red carpets do wear shape wear, with the bodycon dresses & skirt you definitely need a good undergarment to create an elusion of slimmer body and this will make you go one size downward say you are a size 16 with this you go down to a size 14, it lifts the body and put them in place although it might not be comfortable but you still need it, I will advice to get your real size so you can be comfortable in it all day.
They can make you look slimmer as well as control, support, and transform your body in a flash.
