Lime Crime Velvetines Review


What more can I say about the lime crime velvetiness they are the bomb.com and the BEST in the market, forget about other brands you hear off, lime crime is absolutely amazing. Limecrime is definitely the brand that started the liquid lipstick craze . It does have a ground-breaking formula that goes on liquid and dries completely matte. Touch-proof, transfer-proof, long-wearing and utterly addictive.
 This liquid lipstick I highly RECOMMEND if you want something that will stay put on your lips all day, I find it so difficult to take it off my lips even with my make up wipes. They have in stock 9 different shades which include: Red Velvet, Utopia, Pansy, Salem, Cashmere, Wicked, Pink Velvet, Suedeberry and Black Velvet. The formula set the bar for me as far as liquid lipsticks are concerned. These are $20 each, so you pay for the quality you're getting. Let’s face it, there’s many bad liquid lipsticks out there, a few that come to mind…Wet ‘n Wild, Makeup Revolution, MUA etc not a fan these because when they dry they give you “shrivel lips”, if you’ve ever met a bad liquid lipstick, you know what I mean .
I got three of them already and just placed my next order, I wouldn't be doing swatches on my hands because I want you guys to see how true and rich this lipsticks are on my chocolate skin. Here is Pansy a true rich velvety purple

 




 
They are highly pigmented, the red lipstick I had on its the red velvet, a perfect matte rich red and velvety, which has a blue undertone that flattered every skin tone and this remains me so much of Mac Ruby Woo which use to be my favourite red lipstick but red velvet from lime crime has taken over, the other one is called Utopia its so pretty and a true rich vibrant orchid colour. Lime crime velvetines definitely lived up to its hype.  Suedeberry is a beautiful corally/red that comes off differently in different lighting. In some lights it looks more orange, with others there's a hint of red but for me it is mostly just a bright coral. Cashmere is a "greige" as described and i think its the perfect way to describe it. It is a nude/beige lippy with grey mixed in. Its nice because even though its a "nude" it is somewhat of a statement lip because of the grey tones. Wicked is a gorgeous deep burgundy red and last but not least PANSY. Omg... I had been looking for a true PURPLE and I found it in Pansy! A lot of purples are either too pinkish, or too "vampy" or too blue in undertone but this one is perfect. I didn't think I would like it as much as i do by looking at swatches online but in person I fell in love. If I could only wear one lip product for the rest of my life it would be LIMECRIME
