Nigerian Bridal Makeup & Gele

I was requested to do a Nigerian bridal makeup and Gele tutorial, for some of you whom do not know am a Nigerian I am a true Nigerian from the south-south oil rich zone Niger Delta, Rivers-State Port-Harcourt. When it comes to a traditional bride in Nigeria we normally would dress according to the part of the country where you come from, this is not the typical Rivers State dressing but to an extend it because I have on my white coral beads, beaded blouse and Gele, we wear a tight fitted big beaded blouse not Iru and Buba like this Yoruba's . The Nigerian bride loves her beautiful bold looks.
The traditional Rivers State woman will be dressed with a lot of real coral beads necklace, beaded blouse, big wrappers which we call India , Gele , coral beaded headpiece, ankle bracelets depending on the part of Rivers State where she comes from weather from the riverine or upland, its a very colourful event. Live bands may perform traditional music while everyone enjoys a meal and dancing.  Her new husband arrives with his family to claim his bride and the couple departs to begin their new life together . For the makeup look I paid so much attention to the skin because its all about the glow which is also called STROBING.
