Juvia's Place I am Magic Foundation

Juvia's place has done it again, i know this post might be coming in a bit late but i think it is never too late to share my thoughts on this foundation. Juvia's is a black owned company by a lady named Chi-chi who is a Nigerian but based in America. I am all about the base when it comes to makeup application, a skin like foundation is what i love and not something heavy and cakey. Juvi'as place launched their i am magic velvety matte foundation last years, with 42 shades numbering from the blackest to the lighter i must say this is a brilliant ideal.
I could not get my hands on this foundation during the initial launch reasons being that the shade i wanted was already sold out and i had to wait for a restock of the foundation from their website since beauty bay did not carry this on their website which would have been a lot easier for me to get since i am not in the US. If you are in Europe you can get Juvia's place products on : https://www.beautybay.com but remember that they not stock all Juvia's place products.
After watching a couple of reviews and swatches on YouTube i brought the shade Malawi, Malawi is for dark skin with golden undertones, initially i did not know if this will work for me as i am used to foundations with warm undertones, i am glad i went for the shade Malawi as this matches me perfectly, the undertone was right on spot for me. If you are someone that loves a full coverage foundation this is for you, but i personally do not like a full coverage foundation on myself, i love my skin to breath and have that skin-like finish, i am not saying you can not get that with this foundation, of course you can with just one pump. I will say when applying this foundation do not be heavy handed because a little bit goes a long way.
When i applied this on my face it felt very heavy on my skin which i really do not like, although my application was with a brush and this is how i would typically application my foundation, i do not use sponges on myself when applying my foundation, i am old school i love to use brushes, push and stable the product onto my skin.  My skin type is combination skin that is to say that i get oily on my T-zone and the rest of my face is normal, so i go in and prime only my oily area.
The foundation looks small but it is not, it contains 30ml/10FL.OZ of foundation and it is highly concentrated and rich, the formulas of the foundation is velvety, it feels like a cream foundation but it is not and i also love the facts that the tube is plastic which makes it travel friendly and less messy.
While i was applying this foundation to my face it did not feel sticky at all, it just blended and melted onto my skin but on my face it felt like i had too much product, may be i used too much who knows, the price point of 20$ you can not be beat that, this is very affordable. The only con when it comes to this foundation is that each time i use it the next day i see rashes all over my face, and when i stop using it the rashes would go away but  as soon as i went back to using it again i get the same reaction on my face so i stopped using it. I think this has to do with the ingredient in the product, there might be something in there that my skin is reacting to. Apart from what i have stated i highly recommend this foundation because it works for all skin type, a wide range of shades and undertones, it is easily to blend, it offers a lot of coverage, and does not have any funny smell. Kindly find attached a demo and full review video of this product as well as i am a warrior 1  eyeshadow pallet.

LUXURY SHOPPING MISTAKES TO AVOID IN 2022

We all love our luxury items don't we? I'm sure we all do. Luxury products are not cheap and with the insistent price increase from  brands. Of course, we want to wear these luxury brands because we love the lux lifestyle and having to spend hundreds of our hard earned on these items can sometimes be ridiculous. I have narrowed down six tips on how to avoid luxury shopping mistakes and also buyers remorse.   1. Avoid Instagram hype trendy items: Do not fall for the Instagram hype when you see influencers wearing this items. What some of you fail to understand is that some influencers are gifted this items from luxury brands to promote because that is part of their job. A trendy item will be gone in the next couple of months and there comes another trend. Who wants to keep up with this trend every 6-12 months, spending thousands of money on these items? Not me of course. Sometimes it is very hard to give a honest review for a product that has been gifted to an influencer from

My Top 5 Most Used Luxury Handbags.

Yesterday i shared on my YouTube channel my top 5 most used luxury handbags before the lock down. Luxury handbag collection is a life style and not a brand. I love to collect luxury handbags because i know that these are my forever pieces and could also be passed down from one generation to another. This is a new addition to my Chanel collection i bought this last year December as a graduation gift to myself from the University. Chanel beige caviar leather, double flap, sliver hardware in the size jumbo which is also called large. This bag i absolutely love but i wish i opted for the size medium instead apart from that i have no regret having this in my collection and also a big plus for me is that this can be worn cross body. If you are in the market for a Chanel bag just know that you will be paying more as there is a price increase of 7% so this particular bag will be going for  up to 7-8,000$ but make sure to get in touch with your sales assistant for more details.
